Personalised Intimate Wedding Ceremonies

Planning a wedding can be both exciting and challenging, some of you may know exactly what type of ceremony you want, others may have no idea where to begin. I was married a few years ago by a fantastic celebrant who inspired me so much I decided to become one myself. Our ceremony was very personal and we loved how it cemented our already strong commitment to each other. Our ceremony included stories about our past and hinted of the wonderful future we had together. We also loved that we could use our own words in our promises to each other and that we could involve our family and friends in our special ceremony. We got married just how and where we wanted to; I hope that I can help you to achieve this too.

How do we do start?

After our initial phone conversation I will offer a free no obligation consultation to talk about your wedding and discuss ideas for your ceremony. If you are happy to engage my services I will give you a comprehensive Ceremony Information Package which includes a Client Agreement form, a ceremony checklist, a personal questionnaire about your relationship along with other important information.

A second meeting might be required to complete the legal paperwork (Notice of Intended Marriage), this must be finalised at least one month and a day before your wedding ceremony. We will then discuss more specific ideas about your ceremony which might include some readings and/or rituals.

A final catch up is recommended for a rehearsal. During this time we can go over any venue logistics and finalise outstanding legal issues and payments. If required I can offer the use of a PA system.

During the whole process I offer unlimited correspondence by either phone or email including any additional assistance and resources you might need to create your special ceremony. I will also prepare and lodge all legal documentation.

On the day you will receive a Marriage Certificate that is beautifully finished and is given as a keep sake of your special day.

Finally I offer competitive fees and most importantly a friendly, relaxed and stress free service to ensure the ceremony goes off as planned.
